Project 333 is a capsule wardrobe dressing concept developed by Courtney Carver.

At its core, Project 333 is a minimalist fashion challenge that encourages you to streamline your wardrobe and simplify your life. Here's a breakdown of how it works:

  1. The 33-Item Limit: The central rule is to select only 33 items to wear for the next three months. This number includes clothing, shoes, accessories, and outerwear. The idea is to be intentional about your choices, selecting versatile and functional items that bring you joy.

  3. Exclusions from the Count: Not everything in your wardrobe counts towards the 33-item limit. Underwear, sleepwear, in-home loungewear, and workout clothes are excluded. However, there's a catch with workout clothes: they must only be worn for exercising. This rule is in place to prevent these items from becoming a loophole to add more casual wear to your wardrobe.

  3. Outerwear: A few wool pieces, an oversized cardigan, and a light Merino wool wrap for chilly evenings.

  4. Statement Pieces: A silk scarf with an ombre effect, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any outfit.

  5. Bottoms: A mix of relaxed pants, leggings, a leopard print skirt, and jeans for casual days.

  6. Footwear: A minimal selection, including slides, chunky sandals, white and black sneakers.

  7. Accessories: A versatile bag, essential headbands for windy drives, and a few select pieces of jewelry.
